Strategically Located Temperature Controlled Commercial Warehousing
WCS Logistics embarked on its initial journey into the frozen foods sector during the 1960s by converting a small section of a ground-level room within its multi-story facility on Loudoun Street into a 260 pallet freezer, which is now functioning as Cooler 2. Since that initial venture, our frozen foods division has experienced substantial growth, currently accommodating over 11,000 pallet positions, with plans to expand to approximately 24,000. The frozen services division operates across two facilities.
WCS has the following temperature freezer storage spaces currently available:
- Freezer 3, Built in the 1960’s capable of maintaining -15°F, 400 Pallet Positions (Currently Leased)
- Freezer 4, Built in the 1970’s Capable of maintaining -15°F 400 Pallet Positions (Currently Leased)
- Freezer 5, Bult the Mid 1980’s Capable of Functioning at -10F or as a Cooler 35°F-40°F, 1,800 Pallet Positions
- 3 Room Freezer Opened in 2019, Capable of Functioning at -10°F, or as a Cooler 35°F-40°F, 8,500 Pallet Positions
- 1 Large Room Freezer Opening in 2025, Capable of Functioning -10°F, 13,000 Pallet Positions
