WCS Logistics combines the advantages of a Strategic Mid Atlantic Location and East Coast Distribution with particularly Competitive Rates for Storage and Handling to offer one of the best values in the market. This competitive position is possible largely due to the relatively low cost structure of Virginia’s upper Shenandoah Valley, especially with regard to labor costs. Additionally, WCS owns its own buildings, further reducing overhead. And a particularly low turnover rate of non-union warehouse staff both keep costs down and result in exceptional worker efficiency.Since its inception in 1917, WCS has learned a lot about maximizing operations, reducing costs and fine-tuning procedures.
