The Brooke Road Complex was acquired by WCS with the purchase of the former VDO building in the early 2000s. This facility encompasses a total of 33,939 square feet of warehouse space, 4,000 square feet of office space, and 169,641 square feet of leased space.

In 2018, WCS constructed a 68,500 square foot freezer, utilizing a CO2 ammonia cascading refrigeration system that accommodates approximately 8,000 pallet positions. Our Brooke Road facility spans 34 acres and is situated near downtown Winchester, VA. Acquired in March 2003, this site is ideally suited for manufacturing or warehousing operations. The existing buildings total 207,000 square feet, with the potential for an additional expansion of 240,000 square feet. The property boasts convenient access to Interstate 81.
